Roof and Spouting Cleaning
Our rope access skill and our strict Health and Safety Protocol provide comfort to Facilities Managers as we attend to steep roofs and hard-to-access Spouting. Supported with our Spouting Truck we have the ability to remove large amounts of debris off roofs and spouting, and dispose of it properly.

Full Building Wash
Before we wash a structure we always ask ourselves what is it that we are we trying to achieve? Every building is different and requires a different approach depending on various factors, such as the materials it is built from, the age of those materials and the type of contamination we are trying to remove.

Pre-Paint Wash
If the purpose of the wash-down is to prepare the building for painting or renovations, we can use strong water-blasting techniques or chemicals such as a paint preparation wash.

Moss and Mould Treatment
We use an environmentally friendly moss, mould, and lichen treatment which kills the root of the moss while not harming the cladding materials.

A.S.U.R.E Micro Sand Blasting
Our latest innovation in cleaning was developed out of the need for an adjustable sensitive cleaning procedure with the focus on lowering the impact on weakened surfaces such as Heritage Buildings, monuments or valuable artifacts.

This system can also be used in a greater scale for detailed cleaning and even as rust removal or Graffiti Removal on large commercial buildings and Cruise Liners
