ISO 9001
Exterior Building Care Goleman Ltd started the process of the ISO 9001 certification on November 2008 and we are confident we will receive the ISO 9001 accreditation by September 2009 as we have passed the initial audit with flying colors.

Rigging and Abseiling
All of our staff are certified Rope Technicians and Riggers holding an IRATA or IRANZ certificates.

Internal Training
We conduct routine Health and Safety Internal Training every 3 months. The purpose of the training is to keep all of the staff focused and safe.

First Aid
All of our staff have their First Aid certificates and attend updates regularly. Sika Accredited Product Applicator Sika has a range of Sealant Products and Exterior Maintenance Products. We work closely with Sika and we are an approved applicator of their products.
